  • We'll then send you a confirmation code to your mobile (via SMS) to confirm your number.
  • Enter the confirmation code online into the input box on Domain.com.au to confirm your subscription to Domain Mobile Alerts.
It's that easy... You are now signed up to receive SMS alerts! As new properties are listed within your search area, we'll send you an alert SMS. Then, simply click on the link in the message to view your alert results on the Domain Mobile site direct from your handset.

1. How Much Does It Cost?

You will be charged 55c including GST for each SMS alert that you receive. Domain does not charge you an additional amount to view your alert results via the Domain Mobile site. Your standard mobile network charges for "data retrieval" may apply to access your alert results via the Domain Mobile site.

2. I'm having troubles receiving and viewing Domain Mobile Alerts on my mobile, what should I do?

You are responsible for ensuring that your mobile phone is capable of receiving SMS text messages and that you can view the Domain Mobile site from your mobile phone. You will need to ensure your mobile is internet-enabled through your mobile service provider. Please refer to "Is My Mobile Phone Compatible" for more information. If you are not receiving or having trouble receiving Domain Mobile Alerts on your mobile, your mobile operator might be able to help:

3. Is My Mobile Phone Compatible?

You are responsible for ensuring that your mobile phone is capable of receiving SMS text messages and that you can view the Domain Mobile site from your mobile phone. If your phone has access to the mobile internet, then Domain Mobile Alerts should work on your phone. The easiest way to check if your mobile phone is mobile internet capable is to look at your phone's menu. If it has an icon or link to "web" "internet" or "browser", you should have access. If you're in doubt, give your mobile phone provider a call and they'll be able to tell you if your phone is activated for mobile internet.

5. How Do I Unsubscribe?

Simply send "STOP DOMAIN" to 1998 0000. This will unsubscribe you from all future Domain Mobile Alerts. Note that you will continue to be charged for Domain Mobile Alerts sent to your phone until you unsubscribe.
